INGREDIENTS:

  • sorekayi 1(1/4 kg)
  • tomato 1
  • onion 1
  • curry leaves 1 string
  • sambar powder 1 tspn
  • kuchellu pudi 1 tspn
  • coconut grated 3 tspn
  • salt to teast
  • oil 3 tspn
  • jeera, mustard -1/2 tspn
  • green chilli -3

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • switch on the gas..place cooker, put oil, mustard,jeera and heat it for some time
  • then add curry leaf, onion, tomato, green chilli and fry for some time
  • then add chopped sorekayi, grated coconut, sambar powder, kuchellu powder,salt to teast, and water as requested..
  • mix all ingredients well..
  • close the lid and allow it to heat for 2 vissels..
  • now switch off the stove..
  • now sorekayi sabji is ready..
  • serve with chapati
