INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 Kg fresh beans
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 spoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 cup channa

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Chop the beans and carrot into small sizes
  • In a pan take oil and add mustard seeds and channa
  • Fry it for 3-4 minutes then add veggies
  • Fry 5 minutes and add coconut ,salt for taste and mix it well
  • Add little water and close the pan lid, Let it get cooked well in a steam for 10 minutes .
  • Later have it with meals or chapathi
