INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 big potatoes
  • 1 bowl fresh peas
  • 1/2 spoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 spoon red chilly powder
  • Salt for taste
  • 1 table spoon oil
  • 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Spoon garam masala powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Take 1/2 cup of onion ,ginger garlic paste and grind it to a smooth paste
  • Take a cooker and add oil,once it is heated add mustard seeds ,curry leaves
  • Then add the grinded paste into it and fry until the masala smell comes
  • Then add garam masala and saute it for 5 minutes
  • Add the chopped potato and peas to it ,mix everthing well
  • Add 1 cup water into it and keep it for 2-3 whistles
  • Once it is done add salt for taste and mix well,Now it is ready to serve
