PALAK POORI
INGREDIENTS:
- Wheat flour β 2.5 cup
- PALAK PUREE-11/2 cup
- Oil β 2 tbs
- Green chilly paste -2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds β ΒΌ tsp
- oil for deep-frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl add spinach puree, salt, cumin seeds, chilly paste and oil into the wheat flour. and knead a stiff dough of it.
- add water if needed. Cover and rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- Now make small balls from the dough and dust with flour and roll to make medium thick pooris.Heat oil in a deep pan and gently slide the poori in the hot oil.Fry from both the sides till golden in colour, remove from the pan and drain on a paper napkin.
- serve PALAK POORI with CHUTNEY, RAITA
- or khatamitha NIMBU ka ACHAR
