DESCRIPTION:

Tiranga idle

INGREDIENTS:

  • Palak 100gm
  • Carrots 2
  • Coconut powder 1/2 bowl
  • Suji 3 bowls
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd 1/2 bowl
  • Eno 2 sachet
  • Water for making a smooth batter

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • clean palak, wash properly and blanch for 5 mim meanwhile, wash carrot, cut into pieces and blanch
  • After 5 minutes grind carrots and palak separately Take 1 bowl, add suji, coconut powder a little salt, tomato batter with water. Add 1 tsp Eno
  • in another bowl take 1 bowl suji, add palak paste salt add 1 tsp Eno
  • in another bowl take 1 bowl suji, add carrot paste salt and 1 tsp Eno
  • put all three batters in the Idli pan in layers and microwave them for 4 minutes after 4 minutes take out idli stand and let rest for few minutes
  • delicious idlis are ready.
  • Serve it with chutney
