Tiranga idle
INGREDIENTS:
- Palak 100gm
- Carrots 2
- Coconut powder 1/2 bowl
- Suji 3 bowls
- Salt to taste
- Curd 1/2 bowl
- Eno 2 sachet
- Water for making a smooth batter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- clean palak, wash properly and blanch for 5 mim meanwhile, wash carrot, cut into pieces and blanch
- After 5 minutes grind carrots and palak separately Take 1 bowl, add suji, coconut powder a little salt, tomato batter with water. Add 1 tsp Eno
- in another bowl take 1 bowl suji, add palak paste salt add 1 tsp Eno
- in another bowl take 1 bowl suji, add carrot paste salt and 1 tsp Eno
- put all three batters in the Idli pan in layers and microwave them for 4 minutes after 4 minutes take out idli stand and let rest for few minutes
- delicious idlis are ready.
- Serve it with chutney
