DESCRIPTION:

Bhindi fry

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g bhindi chopped,
  • 3-4 green chilli chopped,
  • 2 tbsp- Oil,
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds,
  • 1 tsp-cuminseeds
  • Handful of curry leaves,
  • 1 tsp coriander powder,
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder,
  • 1/2 tsp-garam masala,
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric,
  • 1/2 tsp amchur,
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder,
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  •  Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Pour oil in the pan and when hot, add in the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and ajwain till they pop.
  • Once popped, add in green chilli, curry leaves and mix properly.
  • Now add in the chopped bhindi cook for 4-5 minutes.Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder,cumin powder, coriander powder and salt, and mix till everything is nicely coated.Then let the bhindi cook in the pan, stirring it occasionally.
  • When it's nicely cooked and fried, you can add garam masala and amchur for taste
  • BHINDI FRY is ready to serve.
