- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 1/2 cup water as required
- oil for roasting
- salt as you need
INSTRUCTIONS:
- 1. First take a bowl add 1 cup of wheat flour, rice flour and water mix it well. Add water slowly to make a smooth powdered paste . Add water as needed
- 2. The consistency should not become lumps
- 3. Leave it for 20 mins
- 4. Heat the tava or a non-stick pan. Let the tava become hot and pour 1/4 cup of the powdered paste into the centre of the pan & spread evenly with the back of a spoon
- 5. When the powdered paste starts drying add 2 tbsp of oil over dosa & cook the dosa turns golden brown
- 6. Crispy wheat dosa is ready to serve with coconut chutney
