DESCRIPTION:

Homemade Mysore Paak

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • oil for deep fry

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • First prepare sugar syrup of 2 string consistency by adding 1 cup water
  • Keep the oil to heat
  • When the syrup is ready ,start adding the gram flour little by little
  • Keep stirring this to avoid the lumps
  • Then add the hot oil little by little and keep on stirring till it observes the oil
  • Then add ghee and keep stirring
  • Keep stirring this until it will become non sticky to the vessel
  • Greese the flat plate with ghee then add the prepared mixture in to it
  • Cut into a shapes and leave it to dry
  • Noe it is all ready to serve
