BAIGAN k CHAKEY

- Baigan big-1 cut into round slices
- chilly powder-1tsp
- turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
- chatmasala-1/2 tsp
- coriander powder
- salt to taste
- oil for deep frying
- coriander leaves for garnish
- Apply salt and turmeric powder on the both the sides of slices.heat oil in a pan
- and deepfrying this slices still crisp and golden brown on both sides.
- Drain baingan slices on paper tissues.
- Now sprinkle red chilly powder chat masala and coriander powder. Garnish with freshly chopped
- coriander leaves and serve
