INGREDIENTS:

  • Baigan big-1 cut into round slices
  • chilly powder-1tsp
  • turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  • chatmasala-1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep frying
  • coriander leaves for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Apply salt and turmeric powder on the both the sides of slices.heat oil in a pan
  • and deepfrying this slices still crisp and golden brown on both sides.
  • Drain baingan slices on paper tissues.
  • Now sprinkle red chilly powder chat masala and coriander powder. Garnish with freshly chopped
  • coriander leaves and serve
