Jack fruit Halwa A sweet which just melts with a taste remaining in the mouth. For those who can get soft pulpy jackfruits must make a try. All yours folks will really love it.


  • Jack fruit pulp 2 cups
  • Rice powder 1 cup
  • Elachi a pinch
  • Jaggery 3/4 cup
  • Ghee 2 tablespoon
  • Dry fruits for decoration


  • Take a heavy bottom pan
  • Melt jaggery till it get little brown in colour
  • Add Jack fruit pulp
  • Then add rice powder
  • Add ghee
  • At last add elachi
  • Stir this mixture without any lumps
  • Stir well till the mixture turn into stiff consitency.
  • Once done pour into geased plate.
  • Decorate with dry fruits
