DESCRIPTION:

chocolate bread puddin

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 bread slices
  • 3 tbsp chopped walnut

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • heat butter in a pan and mix in a cocoa powder cook over low flame for a min.
  • add condensed milk and milk mix well and cook till it become thick over medium flame keep aside to cool
  • whisk the egg and pour into above mixture beat whisk well
  • add the vanilla essence and whisk again
  • trim the bread and cut each bread into 4 triangl
  • arrange them in a greased glass dish sprinkle the walnut over them
  • pour the chocolate mixture over the bread and allow to soak pressing the bread peices without breaking
  • baked in the preheated oven at 180? c for 15 min
  • cool it and serve
