DESCRIPTION:

Kiwi crush one of the natural digestive aid which helps to maintain a balanced digestive system.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp pineapple crush
  • 2 tbsp kiwi pieces
  • ½ orange
  • 1/2 glass chilled milk
  • 2 crushed ice cubes
  • 3-4 mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Blend pineapple, mint leaves and orange .
  • Take a serving glass, make a bed of crushed ice add mixed crush and milk, mix well.
