DESCRIPTION:

Bitter gourd is the vegetable with lots of medicinal values, Its used for the cure of diabetics, stomach problems, Skin problems, respiratory disorders, etc..

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Bitter gourd
  • 1 cup Dry grated coconut
  • 15 Red chillies
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery grated
  • 1 gooseberry sized Tamarind
  • 10 Garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Wash and cut the bitter gourd into small pieces
  • Heat a oil in pan and fry the bitter gourd till crispy and keep aside
  • Dry roast red chillies and dry coconut then powder them
  • Now add garlic and tamarind .Next add dry coconut and powder them
  • Mix the chutney powder well
  • Add the jaggery powder, crispy bitter gourd pieces and serve
