Pineapple Juice is rich in manganese and Vitamin c. It is good for chronic problems.

- ½ Ripe Pineapple (2 cups)
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 tsn honey
- ¼ tsp white Pepper powder (optional)
- Pinch of Salt
- 11/2 cup Water
- Ice cubes
- Chopped pineapples for garnish
- Wash and remove the skin.
- Grind pineapple, honey ,ginger,water and salt to get a smooth paste
- Strain it ,pour in serving glass add ice cubes and sprinkle pepper powder.
