DESCRIPTION:

Pineapple Juice is rich in manganese and Vitamin c. It is good for chronic problems.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Serving 2 time 10min
  • ½ Ripe Pineapple (2 cups)
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 tsn honey
  • ¼ tsp white Pepper powder (optional)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 11/2 cup Water
  • Ice cubes
  • Chopped pineapples for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Wash and remove the skin.
  • Grind pineapple, honey ,ginger,water and salt to get a smooth paste
  • Strain it ,pour in serving glass add ice cubes and sprinkle pepper powder.
