DESCRIPTION:

Watermelon contains 91% of water in it, fruit with high calories and low fat.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups water melon
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 7-8 crushed mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice + 2 lemon slices
  • Sugar to taste
  • Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Blend watermelon and water
  • Dissolve sugar powder in this and add lemon juice
  • Fill the glass with ice cube pour the juice,mint leaves and place the slit slice of lemon on the glass
  • Stir and have a sip of fresh watery melon juice
